The Library Sections
The Library popover is described in the standard manual at The Player Window. The standard app gives it two sections: Fusors and Actions. Plus extends the same popover to four sections by adding Transitions and Venues.
The section switcher sits in the popover's header. The popover restores whichever section was open the last time it was closed — same behavior as the standard app, just with two more sections to choose from.
The four sections at a glance
| Section | Sub-tabs | What it holds |
|---|---|---|
| Transitions (Plus) | Crates, Tracks, Transitions, Set Lists, Performances | The library database of tracks and the mixes between them |
| Fusors | Collections, Fusors | Authored fusor files on disk, grouped into collections |
| Actions | Packs, Actions | Authored action files on disk, grouped into packs |
| Venues (Plus) | (none) | Named locations for activating performance recording |
The two Plus-added sections are the subject of this chapter:
- The Transitions Section — Crates, Tracks, Transitions, Set Lists, Performances
- The Venues Section — venue list, activation, status-line venue display
- The Performances Sub-tab — lives under the Transitions section; called out separately because the per-row workflow lives in the Set Lists chapter
The Fusors and Actions sections are unchanged from the standard app — see The Player Window and Loading a fusor in the standard manual.
How the section switcher behaves
The popover's header has a section switcher. Pick a section there to switch what the popover body shows. Switching sections inside an open popover doesn't affect what was last loaded into the player — the popover is a navigation surface, not a runtime control.
When you close the popover, the active section and sub-tab are remembered; reopening restores both.
